MobileViT-Based Dog Breed Classification and AI Risk Assessment

The system provides real-time risk alerts to administrators, security personnel, and pet owners, helping implement preventive measures. Additionally, it supports intelligent pet management, promotes harmonious human-pet coexistence, and contributes to urban pet regulation development.
