Design and implementation of acoustic imaging fusion localization algorithm based on microphone array

Fault location in power cables has always been a difficult problem in power system operation. Therefore, the acoustic imaging fusion location system based on microphone array can be designed to locate power cable faults. The microphone array is used to collect the sound data of the inspected power cable. Then the algorithm is used to process the collected data to obtain information such as the azimuth and pitch angle of the sound source point relative to the reference point. Finally the sound field cloud map is generated based on the localization position and the amplitude information of the sound. The structure and algorithm of microphone array are the key of the system. This paper intends to complete the design and implementation of the microphone array-based acoustic imaging fusion localization algorithm through theoretical research and simulation.
