Design of an Adaptive English Education Management Information System Based on Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning

The rapid development of deep learning models has driven the development of teaching management systems in higher education institutions. Therefore, education management information systems based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology have attracted the attention of a large number of researchers. In this study, an adaptive English education management information system based on deep learning was designed to evaluate the performance of teachers in higher education institutions. The system consists of three levels: data layer, deep learning model layer, and application layer. The deep learning model layer can call on multimodal data from the data layer, scientifically evaluate the performance of teachers based on deep neural network algorithms, and finally display it in the visualization module of the application layer. On this basis, in order to improve the prediction accuracy of deep learning models, an improved Marine Predators Algorithm (MPA) is proposed to optimize the hyperparameters of deep learning. Finally, case studies were conducted using data from three different higher education institutions, and the analysis results showed that the predictive framework used in this study had high accuracy.
