Bladeless Wind Turbine: An IoT-Based Approach

With an increase in demand for electricity, the exploration of bladeless wind turbines is an alternative to traditional designs that aims to improve the performance. The bladeless wind turbine uses a completely new working principle and utilizes both wind energy beats (Vortices) and constant wind inflow under particular wind speed and pressure, to convert the energy deduced from striking wind to electricity. In this paper we propose an IoT-based light weight bladeless wind turbine. The device possess a conical frustum mast made up of PVC(Poly vinyl chloride) which vibrates at the Centre of Gravity from the bottom.
