Electricity-Carbon Synergy Modeling for Thermal Power Plants Based on Electricity High Frequency Data

A power-carbon synergy model for thermal plants, using high-freq power data, aims to cut emissions and promote sustainable energy. It predicts load via CEEMD, GRNN, and cubic spline interpolation. Analyzing electricity-carbon joint ops, it builds an optimization model. Using NSGA-III with clustering to improve reference points, it finds a compromise solution. Tests show accurate load prediction and effective optimization, boosting user satisfaction >92.44% and reducing carbon intensity & yield fluctuation.
