The Role of SmartPLS in Optimizing Statistical Analysis: A Case Study Approach

SmartPLS is a popular tool for Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), which provides a strong method for optimizing statistical analysis, especially with exploratory data. This research investigates the function of SmartPLS in statistical optimization by means of a bibliometric analysis and a case study application that focusses on urban conservation practices in the temple towns of Braj Mandal. The study uses SmartPLS 3 to determine which indicator is of the greatest importance for affecting value assessment, and heritage significance turns out to be the most powerful component. The model's great explanatory power is confirmed by its R2 value of 0.874, which also shows how well SmartPLS analyses intricate interactions between formative and reflective variables. Despite its benefits, SmartPLS has drawbacks, such as potential to changes in sample size and the lack of conventional model fit indices. Future studies should look into combining machine learning methods with SmartPLS to increase predicted accuracy and find more intricate patterns in statistical modelling in order to improve data-driven decision-making. The results support SmartPLS's expanding disciplinary adoption and its potential to transform statistical analysis. This study emphasizes the need for improvements in hybrid statistical approaches and adds to the continuing discussion on PLS-SEM optimization.
