Meditrack Plus for Enhanced Medicine Monitoring

Healthcare facilities lack stock, wastage, and inability to supply medicine in the supply chain due to mismanagement of medicine inventory. Existing systems will have boundaries in the future, stating analysis, real-time tracking, and automatic recurrence. This paper, MediTrack+, an AI-operated, IoT-enabled system, presents real- time drug tracking, demand forecast and efficient inventory management. Using the QRlRFID scanner and the Predictive AI model, optimize the level of MediTrack+ stock, reduce wastage by 30--40% and improve health care access, especially in rural areas. The system integrates cloud-based inventory management, automated alerts and predictive analysis to ensure the availability of seamless drugs. In addition, MediTrack+ increases operating efficiency by reducing human error through digital automation. By taking advantage of AI and IoT, this solution greatly improves the supply chain reliability, reduces manual dependence and ensures accurate drug delivery. The proposed system can integrate with government healthcare initiatives, improving large-scale medical resource management.
