The system operates based on machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) algorithms to emulate veterinary consultations in helping users suffering from health issues efficiently. The chatbot can be compared to a doctor's aide, saving on the costs of veterinary medicine and increasing the availability. The system is developed from a mammoth database in order to optimize diagnostic accuracy with a simple interface for real-time interaction. The system facilitates the purchase of medicines and integration of payments, thereby making healthcare more efficient. By employing AI, this chatbot enhances animal healthcare services to pet owners and vets effectively, at a reasonable price, and within affordable reach.
