Interpretation and Meaning of Agility in Relation to Individual Identification with it

Understanding and applying agility is key in the 21st century, as it contributes significantly to the success of companies and individuals in a rapidly changing business environment. Agility enables organisations to respond quickly to market changes and new challenges. In the market economy of the 21st century, companies are constantly faced with new challenges and only those that can adapt quickly can succeed. Agile companies can gain a competitive advantage by reacting faster to market developments. They create value for consumers more efficiently and are characterised by continuous innovation and improvement. Agility is not only a methodological issue, but also an important element in the development of organisational culture and human resources. An agile approach fosters collaboration and teamwork, increases employee engagement and motivation, and improves leadership skills and decision-making processes. It is important to note that implementing and maintaining agility can be challenging. Successful agile transformation requires, first and foremost, leadership commitment and support, which in many cases goes hand in hand with changes to organisational structures and processes. Yet the most important factor in the process is the people themselves. To successfully adapt agile values to the organisation, it is also necessary to train and develop employees. Our research investigated the meaning and meaning of agility as a function of individual identification based on the results of primary research among Arab and Hungarian youth. The questionnaire survey in the two cultures aimed to explore the cultural and contextual differences and identities of the concept of agility. The survey asked participants about their visions of agility, asking them to tell us what agility means to them. The results revealed that although the basic principles of agility - flexibility, adaptability and openness to innovation - are present in both countries, there were significant differences in the detailed understanding of the concept and its practical application.
