Accelerated Online Computation of Instantaneous Axis Orbit Features of Rotating Machinery Based on FPGA Parallel Computing Advantage

Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately describe the non-stationary vibration behavior of rotating machinery rotor system by the traditional method, based on the full spectrum theory, it is proposed to use the transient axis orbit to describe the transient state of rotating machinery shaft system vibration, and the method of calculating the characteristic indexes of the transient axis orbit is deduced. Firstly, the instantaneous axis orbit is defined, and the characteristic indexes described by the axis orbit are extended to the transient state. Second, the target order waveform parameters are extracted based on the Hilbert transform. Finally, the instantaneous axis orbit features are derived based on the instantaneous waveform parameters. And the algorithm is deployed on FPGA, and the Hilbert transform instantaneous waveform parameter solving module and instantaneous elliptic axis orbit parameter solving module are designed, and the implementation method and interface design of the sub-modules are given.
