The Bidding Strategy of Virtual Power Plant Considering the Uncertainty of the Flexible Loads

This paper presents a novel bidding strategy for virtual power plants considering the uncertainty associated with flexible loads. The proposed method incorporates a profit allocation mechanism and strategically excludes highly uncertain loads from bidding. The problem is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming model. Simulations demonstrate that this approach outperforms traditional stochastic optimization methods in managing risks associated with uncertain flexible loads.
