Research on Reliability Evaluation of Nuclear Power External Grid and Plant Power Supply

The development of power reliability research in China is relatively mature, but due to historical reasons, it started relatively late in the field of nuclear power plant electricity consumption. This paper is based on the actual electricity demand of a nuclear power plant in Fujian, China, and conducts reliability evaluation research on its external power grid and plant electricity. The research mainly includes four aspects: probabilistic evaluation of the reliability of the external power grid, evaluation of the reliability of the power plant's main connection, consideration of maintenance and accidents causing all connection lines between the external power system and the nuclear power plant to be unavailable, estimation of the failure rate and repair time caused by adverse weather conditions resulting in the simultaneous loss of the nuclear power plant's outgoing lines, Based on the principle of reliability assessment, the total failure rate and fault recovery time of the nuclear power plant are calculated and analyzed to be 9.23E-03 and 4.91E-01, respectively. Compared with the data from the United States, the reliability indicators have their own advantages and disadvantages. The main wiring failure rate in China is relatively high, which has reference value and guiding significance for engineering construction in China.
