Research on the Decision-making of Power-type Virtual Power Plant Participating in Medium and Long-term Market Transactions Considering the Uncertainty of Wind and Solar Output

At present, the development of virtual power plants is moving from the invitation stage to the market stage. The power market includes the electric energy market, the auxiliary service market and the capacity market. This paper studies and establishes a transaction decision-making model for power-type virtual power plants to participate in the medium and long-term electricity market considering the uncertainty of wind and solar output. The model takes the maximum profit of the virtual power plant in the medium and long term electric energy market and the green certificate market in one cycle as the objective function, and considers the market constraints and the virtual power plant aggregation resource constraints. In particular, the influence of the uncertainty of wind and light output of aggregated resources on the deviation assessment cost of virtual power plants participating in medium and long-term market transactions is analyzed. Finally, the correctness and effectiveness of the model and method established in this paper are verified by an example analysis. By calculating and analyzing the results of virtual power plants participating in the transaction in three scenarios, the trading strategy of power-type virtual power plants participating in the medium and long-term market is given.
