Research on Optimization and Application of Telecommunication Business Risk Management and Control Model Based on Artificial Intelligence

The purpose of this article is to study the optimization and application of telecom business risk management model based on artificial intelligence (AI). In view of the complexity and challenge of telecom business risk management, the back propagation neural network (BPNN) is introduced as an embodiment of AI technology, and its powerful data processing and pattern recognition capabilities are used to construct and optimize the telecom business risk management model. Through a series of optimization measures such as data processing, feature engineering, network structure design and training strategy, a risk management model based on BPNN is constructed, and its application effect is comprehensively evaluated. The results show that this AIbased telecom service risk management model is superior to the traditional risk prediction method in many aspects, which improves the accuracy and timeliness of risk identification and reduces the incidence of risk events. This shows the great potential of AI in risk management of telecom industry. Looking forward to the future, the risk management model of telecom services based on AI has broad application prospects. It opens a new perspective for the risk management of the telecommunications industry and helps to promote the sustained and healthy development of the telecommunications business.
