A visual analysis of the status quo of college Chinese research based on CiteSpace-- Take CNKI database as an example

With the development of society and the deepening of educational reform, the study of college Chinese has attracted more and more attention. Based on the theory of bibliometrics and CiteSpace software, this paper makes a visual analysis of relevant literatures in CNKI database, aiming to reveal the status quo and development trend of college Chinese research. Through the collation and analysis of literature data, this paper discusses the research hotspot of keyword co-occurrence, the author of the article, the keyword timeline map and so on. The knowledge map of keyword co-occurrence and the time line map of research frontier are also drawn. The results show that the study of college Chinese mainly focuses on the topics of literary literacy, cross-cultural communication and language education, and these topics are constantly evolving with the passage of time. Leading academics and research institutions have played a key role in advancing this field. At the same time, the co-occurrence analysis of key words shows the intersectionality and diversity of research fields, which reflects the important role of college Chinese in cultivating students' comprehensive quality. The purpose is to provide reference for the future research on college Chinese through the analysis of the current research status.
