Research on Knowledge Management System for the Early Stages of Power Grid Projects Based on Knowledge Graphs and GPT Technology

In response to issues such as information asymmetry and inconvenient organization and archiving of materials in current knowledge management practices during the early stages of power grid projects, this paper constructs a knowledge management system that includes knowledge bases for business control, institutional rules, case experiences, and related relationships. Through the design of knowledge graphs and further development of intelligent question-answering capabilities based on GPT, the system achieves the integration, sharing, and innovative application of knowledge, significantly enhancing the informatization and intelligentization levels of early-stage management in power grid engineering projects. Empirical results from application cases demonstrate that the constructed system can provide precise and efficient knowledge support and decision-making assistance for the early stages of power grid engineering projects, thereby promoting the digital transformation and sustainable development of the electric power industry.
