A Simple Memristor Emulator Using only MOSFETs and a Grounded Capacitor

This paper presents the design and simulation of a memristor emulator circuit that utilizes six MOSFETs, implemented in the TSMC 180nm CMOS process. The proposed circuit operates at a voltage of ± 0.9V, LTspice simulations were conducted to verify operational performance, demonstrating reliable and repeatable memristor behavior under specified conditions. Compared to existing designs, the proposed emulator offers improved tunability while using fewer MOSFETs.
