Scalable Smart Parking System Using Sensors and Flutter Mobile Application

This paper presents the concept of an automation system for smart parking management using Wi-F module, infrared sensors, and internet connectivity that enable smooth parking operation and a mobile application dedicated to it. This app determines real-time occupancy based on the sensors whereby available spaces will be displayed, and slots are then assigned through a QR code scanned at the entrance. Live data is collected to have dynamic pricing according to demand. This app will allow users to book slots, make payments, and receive notifications on slot availability and pricing.
