Application of Comprehensive Evaluation to Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Prefabricated Buildings

If prefabricated buildings want to seek greater development in today's environment, it is necessary to strengthen the research on the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of prefabricated buildings. Therefore, this paper establishes the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of prefabricated buildings and makes a comprehensive evaluation of them, and puts forward the mathematical model of the cost of the whole life cycle of buildings, and establishes the economic benefit model of prefabricated buildings to measure the economic cost difference between traditional cast-in-place buildings and prefabricated buildings. In addition, this paper establishes the life cycle cost formula considering the time value of funds, and establishes the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of prefabricated buildings, and applies the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation model to practical engineering projects. Finally, the consistency between the evaluation result and the actual situation shows the accuracy of the evaluation index system and the evaluation model established by the invention.
