An AI-Enabled Centralized Monitoring System to Predict SME Inventory Level

Adapting to the fast changes of the market along with the dynamic environment and customer demand, creates a very competitive marketplace for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Such a technology-driven market requires impulsive and viable action to enable the service providers to stay on track and follow the flow. It is very important to know the market demand and movement, which are not monthly but daily and are responses to the immediate demand. Artificial intelligence enables SMEs to observe the market demand, record the movement, and learn from it. Continuous tracking and learning of changes will enable the machine to predict upcoming patterns. This is helpful as it enables service providers to know what product or service is in demand for each specific month and even further for each specific week and day based on cumulated data and then be prepared for it. This paper proposes an AI-enabled centralized monitoring system to help SMEs observe, track, and predict upcoming market demands. The system uses hybrid learning with the help of historical data to come up with a trend and prediction following the observation of customer behavior.
