IEEE Approved Draft Recommended Practice for Creating Self Learning Tutorials and Side by Side Learning

A methodology for creating self-learning tutorials, including tutorials that use screen cast technology, is described in this recommended practice. Methods and practices that are applicable to Spoken Tutorials are defined, including the use of side-by-side learning techniques.
