3.7W Ultra Low Power Consumption at a Half-Watt fiber output of 14xx-nm Raman Pump Laser

We demonstrate 3.7W-ultra low power consumption at a Half-watt fiber output of 14xx-nm Raman pump laser by using an laser cavity of 5mm with a low optical confinement laser chip having multi-stacked GaInAsP/InP electric field control layers.
