Efficient Sum-frequency Generation of Yellow Laser in a Thin-film PPLN Waveguide

We experimentally demonstrate the sum-frequency generation (SFG) of yellow laser on a thin-film PPLN waveguide. A normalized conversion efficiency of 10097%/(W•cm²) is achieved when pump wavelengths are 1317.7nm and 1064nm. An absolute conversion efficiency of 9.35% is recorded withon-chip pump powers of 0.7dBm (1317.7nm) and 5.5dBm (1064nm).
