Research and Application of Laser Rust Removal Robot for Steel Storage Tank Wall

A laser rust removal robot for steel oil storage tanks is designed to address the problems of aging, corrosion, and cracking on the outer surface caused by the combined effects of external environment and internal media factors during production and operation. The robot relies on magnetic adhesion to the surface of steel components, automatically walks, and performs laser rust removal operations. The front end is mainly equipped with a blowing device to blow away the iron filings that fall off after laser rust removal. Design the chassis magnetic components, anti fall devices, and ground control components, and apply them on site. Conduct experiments to explore the effect of laser power on rust removal. This rust removal robot will not damage the equipment or cause pollution, and its small size allows for remote control, making operation more convenient and safe.
