Integration of Risk-Based Approach in ESG Technology

The article discusses the development of a cross-factor model for assessing ESG risks in Russia. The research methodology involves the use of cross-factor modelling with standard multivariate statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis, to assess ESG risks in Russia from 2019 to 2023. The methodology includes environmental, economic and social components in the model, calculates their corresponding amounts and determines the integral ESG indicator (I) through normalisation and weighted averaging. The final step involves conducting regression analysis to determine the coefficients for each component, ensuring that the model correctly reflects the impact of these factors on the economic security of both the region and the country as a whole. The use of a modular approach makes it possible to identify private and integral risks in the process of managing an industrial enterprise, and subsequently carry out their measurement and management.
