Research on Defect Detection and Process Control of 3D Printing Mechanical System based on Artificial Intelligence

With the rapid development of additive manufacturing (AM) technology, 3D printing has been widely used in industries such as industry, medicine, and aerospace. However, due to the complex manufacturing process and material uncertainty, defects are prone to occur during 3D printing, which in turn affects product quality. In recent years, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has provided new solutions for defect detection and process control of 3D printing mechanical systems. This paper focuses on the research progress of 3D printing defect detection and process control based on artificial intelligence, and analyzes related technologies, challenges, and future development directions.
