Robotic Arm Manipulator Integration with Commanded Mode Rover for Industrial Automation

This paper presents the development and implementation of a Robotic arm manipulator integration with commanded mode rover to perform efficient pick-and-place operations in dynamic and uneven terrains. The rover executes three primary tasks such as picking objects using the manipulator, autonomously detecting and avoiding obstacles, and placing objects at designated location with high precision. The rover is controlled via a command-based interface which offers user-friendly operation and adaptability to various environments. The integration of obstacle detection and avoidance, along with robotic arm manipulator control allows the rover to perform tasks remotely from a base station and reliably in challenging conditions. Experimental results validate the rover's performance, highlighting its ability to tackle diverse scenarios with high accuracy and efficiency. This designed rover finds the potential applications in industrial automation, disaster response, and extraterrestrial exploration.
