Research on Vibration Frequency Measurement of Axial Piston Pump Based on Fiber Grating Sensing

Through modal analysis, the modes of each order of the inclined axial piston pump are obtained, the vibration characteristics of the axial piston pump body are analyzed better, and the most obvious vibration location is found as the vibration test location. The inclined axial piston pump frequency measurement test bench was built, the original demodulation signal processing system was improved, Butterworth filter was added to make the frequency domain signal analysis more obvious and intuitive, and the working frequency of the axial piston pump under different motor speeds was measured with high precision. It provides the basis for fault diagnosis of axial piston pump. The results show that the vibration frequency measurement system can calculate, analyze, read and display the vibration frequency of the plunger pump with high precision, which makes the application of FBG vibration frequency sensing and measurement more convenient.
