Research Status and Development Trend of Fiber Grating Flow Sensing Technology

In the industrial production process, flow, pressure, temperature and level are collectively referred to as the four parameters in process control, and people can monitor and control the production process through these parameter characteristics. The accurate measurement and regulation of flow has become the basis for ensuring the efficient operation, economic safety and management automation of production processes. This paper analyzes the characteristics of fiber grating sensing, and reviews the research status of fiber grating flow sensing technology, including fiber grating differential pressure flowmeter, fiber grating vortex flowmeter, fiber grating target flowmeter, etc. The development trend of fiber grating flow sensor is analyzed.
