First-Order Current-Mode All-Pass Frequency Selective Circuit with Single DCCII and Minimal Component Count

In this paper, a high-output impedance, current-mode, first-order all-pass frequency-selective circuit is presented, using a single second-generation differential current conveyor (DCCII), one resistor, and one capacitor. By minimizing active and passive components, the design eliminates the requirement for element matching. Operating with a ±0.9 V power supply, the frequency selective circuit is designed using a 180 nm CMOS process. The theoretical analyses account for the effects of non-idealities and parasitic inherent in the DCCII. PSPICE simulations validate the theoretical aspects, and process, voltage, and temperature analyses confirm the effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
