Collaborative Earned Value Management in Power Plant Business Systems

In order to facilitate the convenient and effective application of earned value theory for the collaborative management of construction quality, progress, and cost, this paper establishes a business-driven real-time progress assessment system. Firstly, the data requirements for collaborative management are clarified, and the deployment and linkage relationships of information software such as IFS, P6, and PU are designed. Then, a big data collection and analysis architecture focused on the information flow generated during the operation and circulation of the business system is established. After the business system is put into normal operation, various management actions can be optimized to different extents.
