The main aim of this experimental investigation is to forecast the movement and possible shifts of the Earth's magnetic poles by utilizing machine learning (ML) techniques. With historical data and pertinent environmental elements, the goal is to create strong machine learning models that can predict the direction and amplitude of magnetic pole migration. Datasets include satellite observations, solar activity data, historical records of geomagnetic field measurements, and other relevant environmental factors known to affect the Earth's magnetic field were gathered and pre-processed for the experiment. The available dataset is used to develop and train a number of machine learning algorithms, such as ensemble methods, neural networks, and regression. Cross-validation approaches are used to construct and assess predictive models through iterative model refinement, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tweaking.
