Satisfaction Analysis of Data and Application Architecture in the Enterprise Blueprint of the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Phayao

This research aims to analyze the satisfaction of staff members at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Phayao, regarding the use of application systems that support business processes, focusing on the data architecture and application architecture, as well as studying the technology architecture infrastructure that supports operational activities in the faculty. The study’s sample consisted of 75 staff members of the Faculty of Dentistry, using questionnaires to collect data on their satisfaction with application systems developed at the university level and those specifically designed for the faculty. Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics, including mean, standard deviation, and frequency analysis. The findings revealed that satisfaction with application systems at the university level highlighted the document management system’s mean score of 4.60 and the inventory management system’s mean score of 4.56 as the most satisfactory. Regarding application systems specifically developed for the Faculty of Dentistry, the room reservation and repair request systems were rated as the most acceptable, with a mean score of 4.59. Additionally, the study of technology architecture showed that the Faculty of Dentistry has a well-established infrastructure, including high-speed networks such as the UNINET system and wireless networks, as well as compliance with information security standards, such as the computer crime act and personal data protection act. Recommendations from the study include improving and further developing application systems to meet user needs better and expanding the coverage of technology infrastructure to support future operations effectively.
