Experiential Learning on Baldrige Excellence Framework and Business Model Canvas applied to Blue Swimming Company

This research explored a novel experiential learning model to improve the performance of Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In this model, the Baldrige Excellence Framework (BEF) provides systematic guidance for observation and reflection, allowing the organization to continuously optimize key areas, such as leadership, strategy, and customer engagement. Meanwhile, the Business Model Canvas (BMC) provides measurement indicators, enabling to make the improvement results of organizational performance easier to analyze. Taking a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) - Blue Swimming Company (BSC) as the research object, after three rounds of experiential learning, the profit rate increased from the initial 56.3% to 65.5%, the number of repurchases increased from 4 to 11, the customer number increased from 16 to 28, and the transaction volume increased from the initial 121,845 Baht to 237,256 Baht, which verifies the effectiveness of the novel experiential learning model in improving performance of SMEs.
