Gesture Bridge: Connecting World Through Sign Language

A real-time sign language generator has been created using a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) deep learning approach in order to decrease the lack of interaction among the general public and the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities. Through turning conversation into gestures and sign languages motions to written content, this approach makes two-way communication easier. The LSTM model reliably translates actions into texts after being trained on an extensive dataset of sign language visuals. Furthermore, oral input gets converted to text utilizing an NLP-powered speech analysis module, that subsequently converts it into gesture motions. A translator, that is integrated into an interactive web-based application, facilitates successful, immediate interaction through a microphone for voice and a webcam for gestures, encouraging accessibility and inclusion for all users.
