Analysis of User Experience Performance of Ungu.in Website Using System Usability Scale and Webqual 4.0 Methods

The comparison of ungu.in in the last 3 months of 2023 and the first 3 months of 2024 have decreased from visitors, active users, and short link creation by 29%. From the results of the evaluation of research conducted using SUS and WebQual 4.0 methods, it shows that in the SUS evaluation with a value of 38.56, this result is included in the grade F category with poor adjective rating and acceptable range in the not acceptable category. In the WebQual 4.0 evaluation, it gets a total average percentage from three factor is 33.3%. the average usability factor value is 2.99 and the percentage is 35.5%, information quality is 3.08 and the percentage is 32%, and service interaction quality is 3.13 and the percentage is 32.5%. So that the total average percentage of factors gets a value 33.3%.
