Database Migration to Cloud Computing for Increased Scalability and Efficiency: Systematic Literature Review

By moving database to cloud computing, businesses may be able to gain greater adaptability and efficiency in examining their data resources. Strange focus and problems when moving databases to the cloud. This report discusses the components that drive the use of cloud-based database setups, quantifies requirements for customizable resource assignments, and optimizations. The purpose of research is to explore how big companies boost their scalability and efficiency by moving from databases to cloud computing. First, we investigate the architecture of cloud environment and study the challenges or threats that may appear in migration process. Also find the best practice to proceed the database migration to cloud computing for find the best scalability and efficiency to the company database to achieve this, we used a systematic literature review (SLR) approach by moving databases to cloud computing, businesses may be able to gain greater adaptability and efficiency in examining their data resources. The conclusion highlights that a methodological perspective on existing work provides fundamental insights into the benefits and challenges of migrating databases to the cloud. Large companies can use this thinking to develop strategies, make decisions regarding cloud advancement, and, of course, improve the strength, scope, and performance of their information organizations.
