Evaluation Analysis Of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Implementation In Companies And Recruitment Agency

In this era, digital transformation and the appropriate use of information technology will have a significant impact on a company. Companies that still use traditional methods in recruiting tend to end up recruiting the wrong people and cost more money and time. Therefore, many companies have transformed and used technology assistance in the recruitment process to make the process more efficient and productive. The focus of this research is to analyze the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in companies that have implemented it. ATS is a system whose role is to manage the employee recruitment process and also applicant data to get more efficient results and superior candidates. The evaluation scope of this research includes; successful implementation of ATS, its impact on recruitment efficiency, and response from internal company users. By using the HOT-fit method which will be used as a framework for assessing the extent to which the ATS has met the company’s goals and needs. The research will be conducted using survey through questionnaire and implementation evaluations based on the HOT-fit method which is expected to provide an understanding of the extent to which ATS has increased recruitment efficiency in the recruitment industry. and can become a basis for future development.
