Study on the Measurement of Hydropower Feed-in Tariff based on Capacity Compensation

Hydropower is characterised by renewable energy, large-scale storage, low operating costs and low environmental pollution. However, there are some problems with the old hydropower, such as the lack of price adjustment mechanism, the linkage between price and capacity cost is not close enough, in this context, a province in the south-central A as an example, first of all, the development of hydropower in the province is analysed, and at the same time pointed out that there are a series of problems such as the low price of the backward thrust of the hydropower transmission process, and gave the corresponding solutions to these problems. Then, a method for analysing the competitiveness of hydropower export is proposed by backcasting the base price of coal power in the landing province and deducting the transmission and distribution price, and comparing it with the feed-in tariff of hydropower. And based on the element of capacity compensation, a feed-in tariff measurement model is proposed to present the real capacity cost of hydropower.
