Prototype of Library Noise Detection Tool with IoTbased ESP32 and Blynk

Libraries often face noise problems that disturb readers’ concentration, with the source of the noise coming from conversations and other activities in the library. This research case study is at Bina Insani University. Several efforts made by library staff are still said to be ineffective, so noise is still often encountered. Research related to the design of noise detection tools in libraries uses the ESP32 microcontroller tool as a sensor that detects noise levels and provides a warning when the noise exceeds specified limits and the Blynk template as an interaction between humans and the system. This research uses a prototype model with stages of communication, rapid planning, prototype development, and development feedback. The results of this research are tools that are accepted by library visitors, namely Bina Insani University students, with a reduction in noise sentiment levels by visitors by $\mathbf{7 8 \%}$, said that this was good and effective to implement.
