Composite Generator for Wave Energy Acquisition

Ocean energy, including wave energy, tidal energy and ocean temperature difference energy, has great potential for development. Compared with wind and solar energy on land, ocean energy has the advantages of high energy density, strong stability and good predictability, and is a very ideal green energy. Based on the above background, this paper designs a composite Generator, which uses Triboelectric Nanogenerator (TENG) and Electromagnetic Generator (EMG). TENG is a novel technology capable of capturing mechanical energy from the environment and converting it into electricity, which is particularly suitable for harnessed common natural or man-made power sources such as human movement, wind, water flow, etc. It is based on the triboelectric effect, which is the transfer of charge when two different materials come into contact, which creates a voltage difference between them, which in turn generates an electric current. EMG is a device that converts mechanical energy into electrical energy through the principle of electromagnetic induction, usually providing a stable power output, which is very important for equipment and systems that require continuous power supply.
