Dynamic Decoupling Sliding Mode Control for PMSM of Electro-Mechanical-Braking System Based on Parameters Estimation of Progressive Trigger

Electromechanical-braking (EMB) is an important braking system. It is necessary to maintain the EMB motor control effect under long term braking. Therefore, a dynamic decoupling sliding mode control (DDSMC) based on parameters estimation of the progressive trigger is proposed for the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) in EMB system. First, the dynamic model of PMSM is established. Then, a parameter identification method based on progressive triggering is constructed, which mainly includes neural network identification. Finally, based on the identified parameters, the dynamic adjustment of the dynamic DDSMC is carried out to realize the effective regulation of EMB. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the robustness of motor control and solve the problem of deviation of control effect after EMB long term braking.
