Summary

The stakeholder group gave us a verbal agreement and now all that's left is the paperwork. This, of course, is where the drudgery begins. We'll need our legal team to review, we've got the dreaded internal sale ahead of us, and our customer wants to put the agreement on their paper—an 80‐page‐plus contract written in eight‐point font. By uploading a contract in PDF format, we need only ask ChatGPT to find certain words and phrases: indemnification clauses; payment terms; how we handle problems; the all‐arounder query. When our sales manager or someone else on our team asks a question about a contract, AI can save us time by finding the answer.
