Most Indian dialects need more equal information to prepare machine interpretation (MT). The investigation of machine interpretation has been in progress for a really long time. Machine learning employs artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically translate text between languages without the assistance of human linguists. The disposal of the language hindrance is the essential objective of machine interpretation. Early examinations in this space started by straightforwardly subbing objective language for source language in exactly the same words. In the end, information‐driven models like factual, AI, and profound brain machine interpretation strategies turned out to be more common as PC and correspondence innovation progressed. As a direct result of recent advancements in deep learning and AI, particularly in the field of multilingual voice recognition, applications for spoken language translation are playing an increasingly significant role in our day‐to‐day lives. For deep neural machine translation (DNMT) from English to Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada, we create hybrid deep learning systems in this work. A spoken language translation system based on the arrangement of feature vectors is the idea presented here. The suggested approach uses data augmentation as a data preprocessing step to avoid overfitting and class imbalance. The proposed system combines two deep learning models—stacked autoencoder (SAE) and deep belief networks (DBN) with restricted Boltzmann machine (RBM)— into a hybrid deep learning architecture for spoken language identification in the DNMT system. Utilizing the advantages of both the SAE and DBN architectures, the proposed system constructs the hybrid deep learning architecture. SoftMax classifiers are utilized throughout the process of categorizing languages. Back translation's usefulness and its effect on system performance are also the subject of our investigation. Using 80:20 measures, the proposed framework is prepared and tried. Several automatic assessment measures are used to evaluate the suggested method's efficacy, and the model's output is compared to Google Translate's output. As indicated by the consequences of our exploratory evaluation, the back interpretation procedure raises the BLEU appraisals for DNMT frameworks. In addition, we find that back translation improves baseline MT systems with lower performance more effectively. In addition, when we manually evaluate the translation outputs, we discover that the BLEU metric frequently underestimates the MT quality. The proposed model is evaluated with the help of the collections of Samanantar, iNLTK, and IndicCorp corpora. The results of our investigation show that the MT outputs outperform the BLEU‐rated ones.
