Using Copilot for Project Management

Summary

In this chapter, we can learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to help with project management. Most of a project manager's time is spent in meetings, writing emails, interpreting what the customer requires, turning those requirements into tasks, and providing reports to everyone who has a stake in the project. Copilot can help us become a better project manager and get more done in less time. In addition to being able to help with creating, editing, and reporting on a plan, Copilot can also function as a sort of business advisor and answer general questions or suggest ideas. Copilot has the potential to be an effective and always‐available assistant for any project managers. Used correctly, it can help generate reports, create meeting notes, and even help with brainstorming about project tasks and goals.
