Simulation and optimisation of tobacco logistics and distribution centre based on anylogic

Aiming at the problems of low transport efficiency of transport equipment, long depalletising time of depalletising equipment and slow stacking speed of stacking equipment during the operation of tobacco logistics and distribution centres, firstly, the theory of queuing theory is used to analyse the operation process of tobacco logistics and distribution centre and analyse the influence mechanism of each queuing system. Secondly, with the help of Anylogic simulation software, the simulation model of the tobacco logistics and distribution centre is built, and parameters are set, and bottlenecks of the tobacco logistics and distribution centre are identified through simulation. Finally, the simulation model optimisation, parameter adjustment and experimental calculation give reasonable optimisation suggestions. The results show that this method improves the sorting efficiency of the facilities and equipment while increasing the total number of tobacco out of the warehouse, which provides a reference and helps for the study of the utilisation rate of the facilities and equipment and operational efficiency of the tobacco logistics and distribution centre.
