Design and Test of a Temperature Equalizing Device for Thermostaic Bath

This research presents a novel temperature equalization device, specifically designed for enhancing the performance of constant temperature baths. The device underwent rigorous testing and evaluation in two distinct constant temperature baths. Results demonstrated a marked improvement in temperature stability and uniformity, with an impressive enhancement rate exceeding 57% post-installation. Furthermore, the device has proven instrumental in the calibration of sensors and thermometers, effectively slashing the uncertainty of temperature measurements by more than 50%. Compatibility with a wide range of standard constant temperature baths makes this innovative device a cost-effective and efficient upgrade solution. It offers a significant boost to the operational efficiency and reliability of existing systems without the need for substantial infrastructure modifications.
