Embedded Time-Grating Angular Displacement Sensor Based on Multi-Sensor Unit Signal Fusion

Aiming at the problem of low resolution and accuracy of traveling wave signal of traditional embedded time grating angular displacement sensor, an embedded time grating angular displacement sensor based on multi-sensor unit signal fusion is proposed in this paper. The multi-sensor unit signal is fused with a variety of mathematical operations to construct a traveling wave signal with more twice the traditional linear superposition, so as to improve the resolution of the embedded time grating displacement sensor. The mathematical model is constructed and verified by simulation. The displacement of the traveling wave signal fused by the multi-sensor unit signal is twice that of the traditional linear superposition of the traveling wave signal. The total error amplitude is reduced by 32.1%, The zero-order harmonic error amplitude is reduced by 170 ”, and the first harmonic error amplitude is reduced by 18 ”.
