Optimizing Network Cybersecurity: AI-Powered NLP for Natural Language Command Interpretation

In this paper, we propose the use of NLP components to enhance a Network Operator's ability to swiftly and accurately execute necessary actions, ensuring that the system remains in an optimal state. We focus on optimizing the interpretation of natural language commands for cybersecurity actions using AI-driven sentence embeddings and classification techniques. Various embedding methods and NLP techniques are explored, and multiple classification algorithms are compared to determine the most effective combination for translating natural language into executable security commands.
