The research proposes an expanded definition and a novel tactic for increasing accessibility through the invention of an eye-controlled software application. Unlike typical approaches that need peripheral devices which are often bulky and cumbersome this system uses Pyautogui for cursor movement based on eye detection by Computer Vision therefore it is natural and easy. Incorporation of sound feedback using JavaScript as a part of touch free method improves key recognition. There are features such as text creation with the option to download, increasing flexibility when working with different files. Furthermore, using speech identification technology required for the controlling, as well as the navigation through the voice commands, software management independence is encouraged. The solution is integrated with the newest technologies that allow making resources as accessible for any learners with disabilities to minimize isolation in the digital world.
